|Stylish but not rock solid…,
This item arrived very quickly and I cannot fault the seller. It looks very stylish and is a very solid construction that is easy to assemble. If you plan to use it for holding a Sky Box or other item that does not need to be touched it is perfect. However the main supporting strut is held onto the wall ( in my case solid brick ) via six large screws in a straight vertical line but this allows the unit to wobble slightly when pushed from either side. I have put up numerous shelves and wall units over the years and I know I have put this up according to the instructions. I had planned to use the shelving to support a 19 inch flat screen tv ( in the kitchen ) but find any time I try to move the tv for different viewing positions the unit wobbles. I have no doubt it can support the weight of the tv but feel I could rip the whole thing off the wall with one hand when grabbed from the side. I have no experience of any other similar tv/audio wall unit with a single strut but cannot see how screws in a vertical line can solidly hold the shelving without side movement.
